How does Ashley furniture compare to Lazy Boy?

Im looking to buy a sectional and recliner and im thinking about going to with Ashley furniture. How does it compare to Lazy Boy? Will it last as long? Is it as sturdy as Lazy boy?

2. I bought my daughter an Ashley bedroom suite and it is very nice. It is a good quality and looks very nice and expensive looking. I think it is a good quality brand.
3. That's like comparing a Chevy to a Cadillac. Ashley being the Chevy.
4. No. Ashley is not as sturdy as Lazy boy. The only reason that I would go Ashley over Lazy boy, is if my budget were tight. In addition, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law purchased a new house and out- fitted the entire house from Ashley Furniture. The result was that they along with their children had to move in without furniture. When 2nd month passed, after many promises from Ashley Furniture, they finally went to a different store to fulfill their furniture needs. (Broyhill & Lazy boy brand) In my opinion, not only is Ashley lacking in quality when compared to Lazyboy, but their customer service and support leaves alot to be desired! Hope this helps. Good luck.
